
I live in Northern California with my husband and two sons. I have have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy, a master’s degree in Educational Foundations, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology,
I spent my early career working as a traveling marine science educator, which gave me the opportunity to learn about people and cultures all over the world. Eventually I settled into a role as a coordinator for a national ocean conservation program. When I became a parent, I left my position and kept myself busy as an entrepreneur and health coach which inspired me to expand my knowledge in psychology and become mental health professional.
I've gained a lot of knowledge and experience over the years and I've translated it into a method that works. We address things like limiting beliefs, attachment wounds, communication issues, relationship conflicts and so much more. I’ve learned a lot of practical ways to help people improve their lives, both physically and emotionally. I love helping my clients rediscover their inner strength so they can show up with more vitality, authenticity and purpose in their lives.
