I live in Sacramento, California with my husband and two sons. I have have a bachelor’s degree in Biology, a master’s degree in Educational Foundations and am nearly finished with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy.
I spent my early career working as a traveling marine science educator in tropical countries around the world, eventually settling into a role as an education coordinator for a national marine conservation program. I left my professional position to have more flexibility when I became a parent and became an entrepreneur and health coach. I focused on gut health in my work and became fascinated by the connections between the microbiome and mental health. This inspired me to expand my practice and become a mental wellness practitioner.
I've gained a lot of knowledge and experience over the years and I've translated it into a coaching method that works from the inside out. During the coaching process, we address things like limiting beliefs, attachment wounds, communication issues, relationship conflicts and so much more. I’ve learned a lot of practical ways to help people improve their lives, both physically and emotionally. I love helping people rediscover their inner strength so they can show up with more vitality, authenticity and purpose in their lives.
